Getting a p2810 code in my Lly. Would it have anything to do with the fact that I swapped out my Lly tranny for a lb7 tranny. Is there a diff besides the cooler fittings. Also I put my electrical range selector from my Lly on the lb7 tranny also. What is the cause of this g solenoid code?

The G solenoid was added to the Alli in '04 but only lit up on the LLY and 8.1. it was not lit up on the LB7. This solenoid drops line pressure at idle and raises pressure at slightly above idle to save pump wear. When it throws the code, the engine will run a little rough but shift ok.
Change your internal wire harness to the LLY and remove the G solenoid from your old valve body and plug it into your harness and just zip tie it to the pipe on the valve body. That will satisfy the TCM and all will be well.

I retuned the Tcm with a lb7 Tcm tune and all seems to be good now!
