Help: P2610 code

Installed or should i say uninstalled my egr valve and cooler system today! Got everything hooked back up and went to run my ppe standard programmer to my level 2 tune. After all way said and done the truck threw a code. At first i thought egr system but after pulling it, it was a p2610 code. I neex some help

Turn the truck off wait 2 min, unplug both ecm connectors wait 2 min replug in ecm connectors, clear any codes left and drive, see if it returns. If it doesn't :thumb:, If it does there is a factory program update to help stop P2610 from setting inadvertently.

It deals with other sht, the ecm is located just below the driver side battery above the steering gear with 2 black bail style connectors, be nice to them going on and off connectors are sensitive.

So Cal.
Its from loading a new tune in the truck, just clear it out with the tuner. If it keeps coming on and your not switching tunes try what RKT suggested.
