p2563 turbo charge boost,ctrl pos sensor circ range perfom

Hi all
myself and thd family just got home froma one week camping trip in peachland B.C and on my way home,about an hour of climbing we stopped fro coffee and started drving again,and on my way up another hill engine light came on p2563 turbo charge boost,ctrl pos sensor circ range perfom was the code,I didnt have a tune just a good load ,can anyone help me with what caused this??I drove another 150 miles and the truck seemed to work fine?does this mean my turbo might be on its way out??if so what can happen and what kind of money am i looking at

i take it it is a stock turbo. cause if not this should b turned off in the dtc s. however if under load and the turbo overboosts i believe this will cause the code to alarm..

Its a stocker,I was towing in tow mode I did notice I was giving her a pretty good load for a shoirt burst egt's 1300 for a shorttime,should I just clear it??and should I start shopping for a stock turbo?

so strange thing happened I went out to turned the key and I heard like a pop or like sometyhing stuck wnet back into place?I cant exactly describe it as I wasnt exspecting anything anywyas the check engine light went away
