LBZ: p2563 and p003a codes

I've been seeing these codes for the last few months. I have my turbo all tore down now and can tell you in my case, it was a stuck unison ring. The exhaust housing had rusted enough that it seized the unison ring up not allowing the vanes to move throwing those two codes.
