We did a engine swap in my 2003 to the lbz with a 6 speed, used the 2007 ECM and TCM,
i have an engine code P160C it says something along the lines of a injector flow rate is stamped on the injectors and the ecm is calibrated to that flow rate IIRC i could be mistaken... but basically the truck will only run X amount as in 9.1 1/8 mile and it doesnt matter what tune the truck is on or if i launch in 2wd or 4wd, im thinking this code could possibly be the cause to my problem and if so how would i go about getting this fixed or getting the ECM clibrated???

The control functions for the fuel injection system are integrated in the engine control module (ECM). During the manufacturing process, each injector's flow rate is measured and recorded as injection quantity adjustment (IQA) flow rate data. The flow rate data is then etched as a hexadecimal number on the body of the injector. This data, together with the injector's cylinder position, is stored in the memory of both the glow plug control module (GPCM) and the ECM. When the ignition is turn ON, both the GPCM and the ECM monitor to ensure that the fuel injection flow rate numbers are present. If any of the injector flow rate numbers are missing, the diagnostic for that control module will set the appropriate DTC.

Review the Display ECM & GPCM Inj. Flow Rates parameter with a scan tool. All cylinders should be programmed with a flow rate number. Both the GPCM and the ECM should be programmed with the same flow rate numbers for the corresponding cylinders.

If flow rate numbers are not present, refer to Fuel Injector Flow Rate Programming.

I just tryed it and its saying injector flow rate read ok on the GPCM and when i try to copy it to the ECM it tells me ERROR out of range???? is there any way i can get the injector flow rate in the ecm with a tune

I tryied it with the dsp tune in and it couldnt do anything so i flashed the stock tune back into it and it would read the injector flow rate from the GPCM but wouldnt let me copy it to the ECM

:help:
