Check to see what your actual fuel rail pressure is. Both of these are the ECM complaining that the rail pressure is too high.

might need to adjust the regulator current table( amperage ) it needs tweeking sometimes with a modded regulator .

also make sure the thing is plugged in all the way.

if you clear the code then turn the key on, does it throw the code right away?
