I can't figure this code out. I have no short in the ESS wire, CKP, and CMP wires all check out good. FICM wires are all well taped, connections aren't loose, I used dielectric grease on all the terminals. I DO NOT have the stock filter heater/filter head anymore, and the wiring was deleted from the engine harness. I have read that the ESS circuit should produce 4-5v and less than 10mA. I haven't checked that yet, but I plan to tomorrow. It tested good for no shorts and good continuity between the ECM pin and the FICM connector.
Any other ideas?

The reluctor wheel is an lly wheel, so that isn't it. if it's not in the wiring, it's got to be a sensor right?
