P0090 issues

I have been chasing a issue with an 08 that I deleted. while I had it apart I cleaned up all the soot buildup changed the t-stats and flashed in the new programming. When I started it up I got the P0090, from there I started to check my wiring harnesses. Can anyone tell me which wires in the frp plug are the control and signal wires? There are three wires a Purple/White-Yellow-Black. I have been thinking the Purple/white is supply and the yellow is signal. here is a pic.

Finally found the culprit. This thing has drove me crazy. I must have tested that thing 20 times. I m guessing when I plugged it in is when I would lose the connection.
