P0089, P0380, P0540 on Start Up

Installed a lift pump two weeks ago and just this past week I've had and SES on morning start up that is somewhat intermittent. Has happened 3 out of the last 5 days. P0089, which is a rail pressure code. P0380, glow plug control. And P0540 which is Intake Air Heater. I can clear the codes and they stay off, but will come back on next cold start-up. Seems odd that all three codes set at once, are they all on the same circuit or fuse possibly?

Wondering if the lift pump install has anything to do with it, maybe I've tapped a key on fuse I shouldn't have?

The 380 and 543 are on the same relay aren't they? The big glow plug relay in the back? Mine sets a 380 and I think it is due to me putting the wires back on it wrong.

I'm running the lift pump at the preset pressure, didn't check it. But I know the LB7's don't like to see as much pressure as the LBZ/LMM do, so I'm going to turn it down and see what happens.

Think I found the problem. Appears the lift pump had not been pre-set correctly. Supposed to be one full turn in, it was three full turns in. I've readjusted it and will see how it responds the next couple of mornings. Hopefully that's the fix.

Think I'll order a Edge pressure sensor so I can monitor it with my CTS.
