LB7: P0089 code/ rough idle?

Anyone know what P0089 is for dtc codes? Have a buddy with an lb7 complaining of a rough idle and "shaking" when decelerating. Hooked up old diablo sport and cleared the code. Balance rates looked fine. Fuel filter just changed. I figured his FPR is going bad...?

fuel pressure reg. performance. either its going bad or he is running on a empty tank

Cool thanks Wade. Is it harmful to drive with a bad reg or will it just idle like shit?

I wouldnt drive it no more than he has to. I drove mine a few days while waiting on the dealer to schedule me in to fix it but it was warrenty. He would see the same code if he ran it out of fuel. (Dont ask me how i know that)
