I just put a transfer flow 45 gallon fuel tank in my 07.5. They put a new sending unit and float in it but they dont have the capability to change the miles till empty setting. The guage reads correctly but it acts like i only carry 26 gallons not the whole 45. So i look through efi live and i know we can change the fuel parameters. Anybody know what numbers i should fill the table in with?

Hi gents,

I just picked up a 2006 CCSB with a 45 gal Titan tank. I would like to make the gauge halfways close to accurate. Is anyone willing to share the voltages from the sending unit when the gauge shows 3/4, 1/2, and 1/4 full at?

Thanks

I talked to transfer flow and they say that on every install they actually tweak the float arm a little to make the guage more accurate. This leads me to think that every truck will be different depending on how they set the float arm. I made new tables and also loaded a table from honda rider and the tank still reads incorrect. Im just gonna have to go to the fuel station and from a dead empty tank put 2 gallons in and take a voltage reading. This seems to be the only accurate way to do it.

Mmlmm: I tried to just add the percentage to the whole table and that was close but still off. I know that gm doesnt even have the guage perfect so maybe im working too hard on this.
