Found the problem. Heat exchanger is slap full of crap! Guess its time for a refresh. Was going to bypass heat exchanger and go right into a big Hayden cooler possibly with a fan if there is room. Anyone do this?

I suspected that. Remember that there is no air flow below 30 mph to cool down the outer cooler so your hayden must be a big one. The fan will help a lot at low speeds.

Too small IMO. I also would rather see a puller fan. Pusher fans will block airflow if not running.
