Orange tinted tranny fluid.

Switching out this tranny and the fluid has a orange tint. Is this synthetic??? And if so will a couple changes with reg ATF flush it out and b ok???

TranSynd is know for changing colors. It will mix fine with Dex 3.

ok thanks. as far a tcase rebuild do u think a delux bearing and seal kit will do or is there something else i should look for inside. and do the speed sensors tend to go bad????

The snap ring groove tends to wear out in the rear case and can cause speed sensor problems. Plastic inserts on the forks can wear out and cause fork damage. Chains wear out also.

I think the snap ring groove is the issue. if i remember when i did the pump rub kit it felt a smudge sloppy. So to fix i take it a new case is in order? also would this cause range shift inhibited messages, kickin out of gear, poor throttle response in 4 lo and antilock brake lights?????
