Durning the summer my truck runs 210 durning cold days temp runs 150 max?

What year truck? What mods? Ever clean out the radiator stack? Ever replace thermostats?

We aren't clairvoyant.

Your truck is ~7yrs old, it may be time to do some cheap maintenance work.
