My diagnostics reports were always the same with my 15. They can't tell they are deleted at all...
Yeah I figured if there are no codes thrown then it doesn't know the difference. When I had my 2015 and I installed HID conversions in the head lamps, my OnStar report would always show that I needed to service my headlights under "vehicle maintenance" category.
