We have the big rodeo and carnival here for 10 days. They hire day laborers to work the non-technical rides. The operator of the 4 wheeler ride was arrested for being drunk while operating a ride which is a class b misdemeanor. The funny part is the arresting officer who did the feild sobriety test is named Johnny Walker
