i thought these trucks weighed more?

with my lift and wheels and low fuel i was thinking closer to 8k

and ya know i have a 3500 so its even more heavy duty than those whimpy 2500.

....anyways, i just thought that was pretty light.....must be a LBZ thing:D

That does seem light. With all my emergency gear and 60 gallons of fuel I assumed I was around 8000. 7000 seems light considering my gas extended cab 6.0L weighed 6250.

I thought the same thing but its the landfill and been 4 times each time with different fuel levels and it comes in within a 100 lbs each time. I need to go to the cotton gin and weigh it..

Put my truck on the scale last night with a full tank of fuel and about 1000 pounds of people it weight'd 8500. Had to put it on the scale to see how much lighter it was still after I just got my ass hand'd to me by my buddies f250.

mine weighed in at 7700 with tool box full, full tank, full size 37" spare with heavy dodge steel wheel, lift and 37s (one tire and wheel weighs 115 lbs), and all the other goodies i left in it. Jsut by emptying out my tool box and dropping my spare i lost 260 lbs.

Mine is around 6800 lbs with me (300) and 3/4 tank of fuel. That was with H2's and 305/65/17 tires. New wheels seem lighter so it may be a little less now.
