I was logging a friends truck today, he is running the PPE hot + 2 ET eliminator with all the timing, fuel, rpm, de-fuel settings set to YES. On level 10 he holds rail actual rail pressure around 21,000 @full throttle. However, the most timing we got out of it was 18 degrees at 100% TP. After 10 minutes his TP would only go to 95% and the timing would bounce all over from 4-9 degrees of timing. Then his TP would read 97% on our next log, then back to 100% on the log after that. We can no longer get 18 degrees out of it as we did on the first few runs. Now she only gets 9 degrees max at 96% TP. Nothing is in the way of the throttle, could the TP sensor be bad? Would that cause this weird crap? What is it? Why such low timing? Thanks for your help.

Thats the same issue when I logged my buddies truck with my ppehot+2e.t. I sold him. Thought his truck wasn't running right and the boost was lower than usuall. Boost was lower than usuall on the gauge but what the logged showed it was spot on and then I noticed the timming was off. I asked him if he changed anything in the custom changing section on the timing part and he said no. Figured maybe ppe did something to hide the actual timming when it is being logged to keep from trying to copy the tune. I did every update with it when I had it. His truck runs strong with it so we figured no big deal.
