I broke down and bought a Pontiac sunfire today.:( By my calculations it should save me around $60 a week in fuel, and pay for itself in a couple of months I hope. Kind of feels weird going from a lifted CC/SB to a car that would almost fit in the bed of it.
4.29 for diesel today.

But Rudolph ran his first engines on peanut oil.

I'm about ready. I'm "all diesel" and gasoline is nearly a buck cheaper.

I used to drive a Chevy Sprint for work-related driving. With the way our tax code is, you could actually make money by driving it. It cost less than half the mileage allowance to operate, so the IRS was basically paying me .XX a mile to drive it.

got one of those myself... it's been out of commission for more than a year now but I will be fixing it soon cause I sure as heck can't afford $100/week in fuel expenses.:mad::(
