I've got a 6 speed lock up box from Ben. It's about 4 years old. Anyone know how to wire them up?

Got my box all hooked up. Everything works good besides one thing, if I'm stopped with it on auto mode I can't hit the break and gas at the same time without it throwing a reduced engine power. I know I've seen these one here before but couldn't seem to find it. Everything's hooked up like the instructions Ben posted. Any help is greatly appreciated

Hoping to get this fix by the weekend. I've got the blue wire unhooked right now so that I can use the brake and gas at the same time.
