My '06 2500HD CC/SB 4WD 6-speed Allison has finally required some work. At 109,600 miles, that is not bad. Filters and fluids to this point is all that has been required but I expect that. It is just getting broken in. And if you think it has not been pushed much, I have towed some heavy loads with it including a 12K tow on the bumper and a 20K tow on a gooseneck, both over 100 miles. Plus, my truck goes off road every weekend when I go to my place in the country.
The good news is that I still love my truck just as much as the day I bought it.
