Is the anything we should see besides the normal tourist traps in Orlando?

We are staying the Nick hotel we arrive Tuesday night and will be hitting the sled pulls on Saturday night, and leaving way too $%#$% early on Sunday for my taste.

Kat, There is a ton of things to do in Orlando. Put blinders on the kids or you'll never make it back to CA. Universal, Sea World and all the other stuff will keep you busy. There's alway's the Don Garlits Drag Racing Museum in Ocala:D.

See you at the pulls.

If you guys go to Universal make sure you take the hamsters on the Spiderman ride if they are big enough. Was down there in May with my brother and his daughters and they absolutely loved it. We stayed at the Nick hotel also for 2 of the nights we were there, they had a blast there also. I think their favorite part was getting slimed at the bottom of the fort/slides.

Glad to hear the Nick hotel isn't all hype. But I will leave the slime to the hamsters

Don't let them sit on the LH side of the boat on the JAWS ride.:D My youngest could have brushed it's teeth if she wasn't too busy soiling herself.

Kat,
I'll have Randi post up tonight a place that her & my daughter liked in Orlando but I do not know details.
Kat, we went to a place called Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede. It's a North vs South dinner theatre with everything on horseback. There are a few different places like that in Orlando, Arabian Nights, Medieval Times, and the link below takes you to the dinner show at Disneys Fort Wilderness Park. You don't have to go into Disney for the HoopDeeDoo, it's at Disney's campground. For that one you are going to want to get reservations now but the others you can usually get them the day of the show.

Hope this helps!
