On your truck its #40 in the pic added here attached to #41. There located towards the back on the LLY thru LMM blocks.

does anyone know the test procedure for the lb7,my gauge reads 60lbs all the time, NAPA wants 129.00 for this sending unit and i want to make sure its not the cluster.It has three wires going to is,and im pretty sure 1 goes to the computer,tho not sure.

The 01-02 is located there, 03+ is located furthur back like the LLY+ is what I thought. As for the guage, most likely it is the stepper motor in the cluster that is failed which is VERY common on the 03-04 trucks.

04.5 is when they moved it back when they switched to the lly motor code. I double checked on service info last night with the split year.

I look up the wiring if I get time or if the little one will take a nap. Also doesn't hurt to hook up a real gauge and check the pressure.
