Oil Level ??

Tried a search here and google and just cant find this answer.

Can anyone confirm the factory oil level in reference to the oil pan mount surface. I know it comes up above the factory lower pan mating surface, but need to know where exactly it is into the upper pan.

This is for a sheet metal oil pan. Thanks

Do you have the factory oil dipstick? You should be able to measure off of that.

No i dont, and not sure if i want to use factory or aftermarket for one.

Full oil mark is 2.5 inches below bottom of block..that is at factory dipstick location
