Oil level low

So first time ever get in truck says check oil level so I do and not even on dip stick truck has 86000 miles it's 15.5 lml tuned deleted since 300 miles changed oil every time truck says too and no leaks. Checked coolant no oil in resi any ideas? I'm about 4500 miles on this oil change

Check the coolant bottle for oil. I'd also pull the lower intercooler boot and check there too.

easy fix, put oil in it .

i suggest looking to see if its a reoccurring issue before you start fretting about it. you or who ever did the oil change may not have fully topped it off and it may have ate some oil over time.

My 15 would burn 2 quarts in 8k miles, low oil warning came on dash like clockwork. I think it has to do with ring design and deleting them but who knows...
