LBZ: oil filter housing leak

my truck has developed oil leak and im about 95% sure its coming from the filter housing. I split it apart tonight to where the cooler and filter head comes apart and the rubber gasket wasnt in the groove for it and it was pinched in two. so i know that wasnt good for it. but now my question is, can oil leak out of that part of it? It should just be antifreeze in the housing correct? but i could see oil running out of the seam of where it joins together.

I had a coolant leak at the oil cooler housing and while trying to find it I split the cooler. Was it one of those two o-rings inside that was leaking?

The oil filter housing serves as an oil cooler also. Uses coolant to cool the oil

In the center of the coolant housing is the oil cooler, there are two o-rings where oil passes through the oil cooler. Those 2 orings stop coolant from mixing with oil
