Does anyone know if the stock turbo oil feed location at rear of block has less oil volume or pressure then a galley feed? Also wondering if it changes at high rpm's.

Technically speaking you could get more volume and pressure coming from the main galley. The stock location is the very last place oil runs, the galley is first after filter. Your oil temp would be lower too at galley
