Help: Oil Drain Plug Issues

I am working on my wifes 2005 VW Touareg and one of the drain plug, 10mm Hex head, is stripped on the inside. No problem right? Just get a back out set to back it out. well, the head of the back out tap broke off inside of the drain plug, now i am stuck. I think i can drop the oil pan but i dont have a car lift or a gasket to replace the old one with. even if i do get it off, i still dont know where i would go from there. The parts department is closed during the weekend at the VW dealership too...
Any ideas?

no, i wish.
who ever put the drain plugs in last torqued them down to around 1000lbs. I am reading on a touareg forum and i am reading that drain plug issues are resulting in a new oil pan...
