Oil dip stick

Hey was wondering if anyone else has had this happen. Popped hood to plug in tonight and saw oil on fuel filter and firewall and areas arount the dip stick then saw the dip stick was popped out a 1/4" not sure if theres something that could of done this or just werd luck

Mine backed out twice when I switched from Delo to Delavac Synthetic Oil, when back to Delo and it never did it again. It didnt do it either when I switched to Amsoil ................When I say twice, There was Dino oil in there in between the 2 times it backed out with delavac, and it could have been a fluke both times too, who knows.
