how do you reset these?

Turn the key to run position with the engine off. Fully press and release the accelerator 3 times within 5 seconds. The CHANGE ENGINE OIL message will flash for 5 seconds and the system is reset.

If you have the DIC controls, you can select it, then hit the <--] (that's my best attempt to make it look close ) button on the steering wheel and it will reset it.
