OEM Oil filter?

Anyone know what the thread pitch is on a stock filter? Is it metric or standard? Size?

I can get the Baldwin's at a cheaper price but never did it need to buy a case or 2.

I just did some digging on the place and found the filters you will get from a Cat dealer are actually Baldwins. Not even relabeled.

238-3849 is the part number if it hasn't changed.

I will look into it when I get home thanks. Last I checked the Baldwins had the best filtration.... Anyone know of something better? Simon care to comment on what your cooking up now?
