Allison 5sp: Odd issue with new Suncoast ally 5sd on a LLy

I have a funky issue going on with my 04.5 LLY. I just put a new Suncoast trans in the truck. I also did a 4094 turbo and fass system at the same time. When the truck warms up (to operating temp) When I put the truck in reverse after about a second it will Lundge and then try to drag the truck. When in drive and warm, it will pull forward. I have to really get on the brakes to hold it. It only does it when the truck is warm. cold it operates normal. It feels like the tcc lock up is locking the converter. I hooked up a Snap on modis and set the E brake. Sent the lock up comand and you couldnt tell any differnce. I Guess I am wondering if anyone has experienced this. Am i even on the right track? I have pulled out the tunes and returned the truck to stock tune. Still does it. the old trans didnt do it. Thanks in advance

Sounds like a bad sprag in the converter. Whos converter? Did Suncoast build the trans?

I really hope its not a converter. Literally only have 1000 miles on the tranny. I had a bad FPR, Replaced it and still the same issue, not nearly as bad but, still there. Yesterday sittign at a stop light you can feel the converter lock up and pull, I let off the brake it feels like the converter lock up un locks and tehn takes a second to lock up to take off again. Coudl I have a bad Input speed sensor, or turbine speed sensor? they were on the trany from suncoast. 100% suncoast build by the way converter included.:help: Thanls

I called when I orgionally posted, they directed me to their "allison" builder, he said he had never herd of one doing that. I tried calling today but got to it a bit to late. I am going to call again and ask what they are thinking. It never did it with my stock trans. I had a Junk one from Performance Innovations after that. now the Sun coast. neither of the other 2 trans did it. I am hoping that sun coast will make it right, i had a horrible experence with the last one.

Probably Cobra 11 4cyl. The fact that you have no idea if they are older ones shows you are full of shit. I have an older one that will be your huckleberry.
