OBD port

Anyone know what fuse the OBD2 port runs of off?? I swear I checked em all and can't find it.

When I plug in my V2, I get nothing!! So, I figured I must have a burnt fuse.

Do you know if that's side panel or under hood? Like I said, man I swear I checked em all. Does it say Cig or something like that in the desc??
