Hello,
Needed a post to ask for a VIN check. Looking to purchase a Duramax. Recently sold my 05 Silverado reg cab sportside, 5.3L that absolutly was the worst pulling truck I've ever owned...probably not the worse, but worse in recent memory! Of course, when you ask a short bed truck to pull a full size New Holland tractor, what can a guy expect?

Welcome to the site. You will not be disappointed in the Duramax. Just be sure to read up on which ones have what problems. Like injectors on the LB7's and the overheating issue on the LLY's.
