Help: Notifications

can't get notifications. I have tried different things. They stopped coming a few weeks ago. Ideas? This seems to be the only forum affected as far as I can tell.

Since the server change check you spam folder. If it's not there then I will have to defer to Rob.

If you have an alternate email address, put that as your address on your information here, thats what I had to do to start getting notifications again.

I just made a change to the system to see if it clears up some of the problems with emails. Let me know if you start getting them.

still nothing. I did reenter email information, no luck. I will try a new one.

Many of the ISP providers apparently block many emails from a number of vBulletin sites. My provider Time Warner blocks this site (tested it) but I use the email for my site so its not a big deal for me. Why some forums make it through and others don't I don't know.

I had daily notifications working 2 days ago, I've changed nothing but the notifications have stopped even with updated subscribed threads.

So the saying goes - the first place you go blind is in the eyes......I've just rechecked my emails and notifications are still working perfectly, I just didn't see the email

do I need to make a new account? I can't be a very active poster this way.

A new account won't help if your ISP is blocking the emails. Have you checked your email setup with them to see if you can get the spam settings changed or get them to white list DuramaxDiesels?

Edit - you can sometimes do it through their webmail access page.

I have been using webmail. There is no sign of any DD in the trash, etc. I'll keep trying

I hope you can figure it out. As soon as I switch to my yahoo account they start flying in.
