not getting fuel

My truck is not getting fuel ...I changed filter but just as soon as the filter runs out of fuel it dies...my ful filter priming plunger is compressed and raise back up when I take the bleed of screw off...what is the problem

Somewhere between the filter and the pickup in the tank you have a clogged or pinched line. Or your lift pump is not working if you have one
