My truck/trans function fine till I get close to operating temp 160-210. Once I get to this point the truck seems like it dumps excessive fuel not allowing the turbo to spool and make power. I can go through manual mode to bring my rpms up which seems to make it function as normal. I'm really at a loss of what it could be. Not DTCs on this one. Noticed it the same day I put in a tuned tcm from dmax tuner. I had also returned the truck to stock and re tuned it with my ppe programmer. Since then that tcm was diagnosed bad and I bought a brand new one and had the factory specs loded on it only to have the same issue with fuel/boost. Any help is greatly appreciated

What tunes did you switch from, is it smokey, and what level is the PPE on? If you hold it WOT will it eventually build? Is your trans stock?

It's only been between level 1 and 2 and running this ppe tuner for 3 years now. Stock trans 80k miles. It will eventually build boost but very smokey. The only thing I can compare it to would be if you were driving a manual and going from 1st to 4th. Seems to happens about 1700rpm and when it's cold it's fine. I plan to test the system for any major air leaks when I have time

So with driving the truck more it is at 1700 rpm when the boost seems to do nothing. It will build boost but slow then it's fine. I notice my ppe reads 52.3% TPS at all times even at wide open throttle

If the PPE never changes (reads 52.3% at idle, around town, and WOT), then there is probably a communication issue. If it only reads up to 52.3%, then that could be the problem. If the ECU sees a problem with the accelerator pedal sensor, it will limit maximum throttle for safety. You will need a Tech2 or EFILive to watch the actual pedal voltages to diagnose that, if you think that is the issue.

Thanks I will look into that. I also should look at my vein position. I don't see my ppe monitoring that. I have some places to start now, thanks for the help
