What do most see for idle airflow from the MAF? I just had an LLY I tuned that was throwing a P0101 and his airflow at idle was roughly 26-28 G/Second with his stock mouthpiece and airbox. I swapped in a LBZ airbox, opened up the fender opening for it as well as adding some holes for airflow to the outside behind the headlight, and an LBZ mouthpiece. Flashed it with the LBZ airbox tune and some other small changes and it now flows 39-40 G/second at the same idle speed. Just curious what others see as the only other VVT truck I worked on was an LBZ and I want to say it flowed 4-45 G/second at idle. It was a good baseline I think to show just how restrictive the LLY air system is to see such a big increase in airflow by doing nothing but changing out the intake system.

Your spot on right now. You want to see 40 gr/sec at idle and 400-500 at wot. It should have been sluggish the way it was before you work on it.

I didn't drive it before, but he said the mileage was horrible and it kept sucking the filter up into the intake(he was running the cheap filters from ADVANCE for a gasser). After I switched to the LBZ airbox, flashed in the tune file for it with the EGR shut off and limiters removed(still stock fueling), it was a pretty responsive truck. HE uses it for hot shotting so he didn't want to turn the power up, just help the mileage out and get rid of all the fueling delay.
