Noob from nc

Hi everyone just wanted to introduce myself I'm new to diesels so bear with me

I just bought a 12' duramax 2500 and am looking to do a few mods to increase efficiency and power without sacrificing durability

Do's....
Lift pump
Intake
Exhaust
EGT gauge
Good economy tune

Donts...
Lope tune
4x4 launch without proper front suspension work
Smoke people out (unless highly deserved) and don't ask how to get a smoke/lope tune on this forum.

Can't really think of anymore donts other than obvious stuff like smoking crack and putting sand in your oil.
