Hi guys,

I need to know where the XM radio antenna is. Everytime I turn north I lose XM. This actually started last month and it had slipped my mind until I was out on the highway again today. The truck has On-Star as well. I thought I read somewhere that they used the same antenna but not sure.

Anyone else ever have this issue?

Which truck? Your 05 will have two antennas on your roof. One On-Star and one XM. Your 07 the XM and On-Star is a single on the roof.

Hi guys,

Anyone else ever have this issue?

Only ever in the mountains travelling between Lake Louise and Sicamous and in the downtown areas in the city. Travelling North in the flatlands never caused an issue for me.

Sorry, it is the '07. It just seems odd that it works fine until I am pointing north. I guess it must have some how become disconnected. I would have thought that if it was disconnected, it wouldn't work at all. I'll drop the head liner and see what I find.
