I have no vacume pressure to the banks big head on my truck.. waste gate wont move by hand. whats up waste gate bad? why no vacume to waste gate accuator what should I do? Exhaust is 4 inch straight pipe no muffler. No other add ons except a KnN.. Please help thank you..

take an air blower and blow about 30 psi into the port on the big head and see if it actuates. The springs are very strong in these gates.
You mean a compressor
remove the hose going to the wastegate, set air regulator alittle higher than what you set the actuator for, put the air chuck on the fitting & it will move.
I figured everyone would just assume an air compressor and a hose would be attached to the blower attachment:hug:
cool I'LL TRY IT SOME TIMES ITS A DOG AND SOMETIMES RUNS GOOD, NOT GREAT AND SOMETIMES I ROLL COAL SOMETIMES NOT.. IF ITS HOT 90DEG PLUS AMBIENT TEMP NO POWER IN WINTER WHEN IT'S COOL OUT HAS BETTER POWER.. GM CHARGED ME 1400.00 FOR AN INJECTOR PUMP, INJECTORS REPLACE AT 140K UNDER WNTY.. NEVER CHANGED ALSO HAD FUEL FILTER HOUSING REPLACED IT HAD A CRACK NO CHANGE.... I WANT POWER THAT WHY I BOUGHT A DIESEL...:coolspot:
my turbo seems to have more power when its cool out when its hot my truck wont get out of its own way, also when you put your hand over the intake with the filter off does not seem to have alot of suction when hot
Problems like this can be fixed, but it will never happen on the webby , to fix this one a scan tool will have to be connected to the truck while the symptom is happening , if any one in your area has EFi a log of the truck while it is happening and maybe we could do something , or at least rule out severl things , where do you live at ?
I am in Yucca Valley above Palm Springs I have been fighting this for 3 years injectors replace, fuel filter housing, I removed the Banks big head and the waste gate feels stuck some times, My trucks tow hall mode does not work I know how to fix it its and orange wire..I know that much , GM replace the fuel inj pump I am so bumbed I love my truck and I get 18 mph.

WHY DO I NOT HERE MY TURBO AND LOW BOOST WHEN ITS ABOVE 90DEG ? BUT WHISTLES WHEN ITS COOL OUT, CAN IT HAVE TO DO BECAUSE OF BANKS BIG HEAD OR STUCK WASTE GATE?
