No Temp Reading in cab (code P0118)

Need help fella's, Got my truck back from Company who fixed my injectors.
Service engine light is on when i get it, so i take my tuner and got the code.
(P0118 ENGINE COOLANT TEMP HIGH INPUT OR FREQUENCY) Ok i tested signal at Ect sensor, right ohms and volts. Bought new sensor and installed it. Can anyone help me with trouble shooting the signal (print-out) or point me in the right direction. Just would like to see my temp in my cab.

First I'd trace the wire from the coolant sensor back and look for a cut or chaffed wire

I had a code for that on one of my work vans and I cleared it with a TECHII and I havent seen it again. Just one of those things I guess.

i still need help with this... it is getting cold outside and truck is starting real rough.. code is still there. i think a wiring diagram of how the sensor wires into the wire harness...

If I had to guess he sold the truck and 7 years 5 months & 1 day later you wound up with it. Just a hunch, I could be wrong :roflmao:
