EFILive no start problem

Tonight i build a new tune, got it loaded up fine. go to test it, no start.

check fuses and an ecm fuse is blown. replace it, turn the key on it blows fuse again. i cant load another tune in since it blows the ecm fuse to figure out if the tune is the culprit of the problem.

if anyone can help i would really appriciate it.
