No power steering/ brakes

So went to start my truck yesterday, got it started, and immediately my abs and parking brake lights came on in the dash and the service brake system came across the screen. I let it warm up, thinking it was nothing, put the truck in gear and I had to hold the brakes to the floor to keep from rolling, and no power steering.

I read of people having issues with the pumps and breaking shafts, so I got a new one and swapped mine. Filled with fluid and still no luck. Is it maybe because of air in the lines? Or maybe the hydrobooster is bad? Any thoughts/suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Is the serpentine belt still there?
Edit..didn't see you changed the pump out, I'm gonna assume the belt must be there. Maybe try flushing the hydroboost system for the hell of it.

After some more research and finally getting mad enough I just put my foot to the floor and boom! fixed. Haha. Threads I finally found suggested a piece of debris in the valve of the hydroboost and revving the motor above 2000rpms would clear it. Sure enough as soon as I did that the lights went off, I had brakes and power steering, and it had sucked enough fluid through the system to make the pump whine. Topped off the fluid and blead the system and all is well now.

That's usually the way I fix things, hold it wide open til it fixes itself or it breaks and you have no choice but to fix it. I don't know why I didn't stick to my usual way from the get go, lol.
