Recently my entire drivers side door controls stopped working on my '06 Duramax. I replaced the controls harness and it fixed everything: Windows, Mirrors, locks.. But still no heated seats. Any idea why?

Check the relay, and also check the wire harness from the door to the body, the wires can split/ break after a while
Try the passenger side. If it works get out the ohm meter and check the resistance of the heating elements, and compare with the passenger seat. (I can't recall the resistance )
Did you replace the whole door switch module or just the wiring? And Ben is right there is no heated seat relay.
Then whats the "clicking" sound when you press the heated seats button from the passanger and drivers side..
