Who built the trans? What codes did it have? P0700 is a generic code, so if that's all it has you need a better scanner.

The D flashing on an 01-02 is range shift inhibited. That means the TCM has detected a serious fault and is not allowing any gear to engage. You need a good scanner to read TCM codes, without it you're just wasting time & money.

The trans has been pulled three times and looked at everything in there and is correct and no clutch material has been burnt. Everything on the transmission is new also. It was hooked up to a tech 2 to get the codes but I forget what they are. I’m waiting on him to send them to me and then I’ll post them

Stuck E shift valve.

Have them check as Mike stated above. :thumb:

Just because the clutches and other hard parts look ok, doesn't mean they need to look past the solenoids and the valve body for the issue...

I would also like to make a general statement not directed at any one one person.

Just because a transmission was shifting fine and only started slipping before a so called "rebuild" Doesn't mean they don't have to clean and go through the valve body either. You would be surprised what you can find in the small passages on any transmission....
