which one do ya like better? I'm gonna be needing some new tires for my new rims (maybe) soon. Toyo's were about $1500, Nitto didn't have a price that I could find...

I personally think Toyos look better. I know they last longer... They like shoes tho... just gotta chk them out urself and c what you come up with. Have you seen each one on a truck yet in person?

I'm lookin at some AT's. either one will look badass on the rims, I'm more concerned with life of the tires themselves

I have almost 50k on my 285 nittos on stock wheels and i am planning on running them one more winter. They are 10 ply and i think they wear longer than the 8 plys in the same size.

I had a set of 285/70-17 E range Toyo Open Country A/Ts on my truck that lasted about 30k miles before they were done. Maybe I'm hard on tires, but I wouldn't buy them ever again.

I have Nitto Terra Grapplers and my Dad has Toyo Open Country AT's

His tires are wearing terrible even with regular rotation. I have over 20k on my Nitto's and they have over half tread left.

Plus I think my 285/55/22's look better than my Dads toyos
