The NHRDA Spring Diesel Nationals returns to Famoso Raceway in Bakersfield California.​

Mark your calendars for March 20th & 21st, 2015 as it will kick off the NHRDA 2015 Championship Season Tour at the 2nd Annual Spring Diesel Nationals!

Come see the fastest diesel powered vehicles in the World , plus truck and tractor pulls, dyno competition, show n shine and the crowd favorite burnout contest.

The NHRDA Spring Diesel Nationals will be a two day event due to the overwhelming response from both competitors and spectators.

Friday Night we will kick off the season with the NHRDA Truck & Tractor Sled pulling series. Last year was the 1st ever sled pull at Famoso and over the winter they have made track improvements to give all the competitors the best track possible.

Saturday it is time for the MBRP Diesel Drag Race Series , Dyno Contest, Show n Shine and the Crowd favorite Burnout Contest.

The NHRDA is also proud to announce that they will have two special feature groups on hand to add to all the excitement that is already going on.

The West Coast Outlaw Pro Mods came out last year and put on a great show as they blasted down the track in 5 seconds and 250mph. We are happy to announce that they will be back this year to excite the crowd.

Hot Rod Semi Trucks are also going to be at Famoso so come watch them thunder down the 1/4 mile. Plus the World famous 10 second semi truck driven by Wayne Talkington will be on hand racing and signing autographs.

Diesel Alley will have over 20 manufactures on hand displaying the latest and greatest in Diesel Performance. Plus there will be show only pricing to save you some serious cash on goodies for your truck.

So who here is going? I'll be making the 8 hour drive.

We will be there with the Nova. I know quite a few people will be going, it's always been a great event. Not sure how much pulls on Friday is going to hurt, but my guess is two day atendence will suffer.

I have next weekend off so going to be leaving northern AZ friday. Truck is too light for any other class except 10.90 so looks like that's what I'll be running.

I will be attending with several other trucks from Fresno yo spectate Saturday. Not a huge fan that they decided to split it In two days this year.

We had the truck on the dyno last night breaking in the engine. Just some 800-1100hp pulls to settle things in. We are wrapping up some loose ends and then putting it back on the dyno for some serious tuning tonight. Should be loaded up and ready to go in time to get on the road Friday morning.

Flying down from ND to see this. Last event I went to was the finals in 2013. Can't wait. Plus I get to take my 6 month old boy to his first diesel event. Hopefully he cooperates with me.

We swapped injectors for a test today and picked up 180hp on a base tune. Made 1050rwhp on that 1700us base tune fuel only. I'm working on a mid level race tune now.

I feel so old school with only one FASS lift pump and two CP3's...
