Hi all,
I am new to this forum and new to driving a diesel. I have a 2006 GMC 2500HD
Sierra Extended cab and dearly love it. But, I am having a problem, yet not a problem. My check engine light came on and I called the dealer and took it in and they checked it out and according to the mechanic, it needed a new Fuel Temperature Sensor, and they had to order it. He turned the check engine light off and told me he would call when it came in. It has came on and turned itself twice since then. The truck runs fine except when the check engine light comes on the cruise doesn't work.
Anybody have this problem?
