Newbie from Canada

Hey everybody, been lurking around for awhile whenever Ive got questions or just to see whats going on and figured it was about time I registered and introduced myself.

Ive only had my LBZ for a little over a year and its my first diesel, but so far I've quite enjoyed it.

Its an 07' LBZ CC/SB. Just has some basic bolt-on mods, tuner, leveling kit, etc. Ive been researching on how to tear into my Allison 6spd in order to save some money on building the trans to handle the power that my PPE can make. Also have been recently been researching doing some of the common upgrades, such as a PCV reroute.

Im still running a stock Allison 1000 and its already starting to slip and act up as is, so I cant be doing any racing or heavy hauling until I figure out some trans upgrades.

I'll be going to Calgary this July for the diesel drags and hope to be able to build my trans by then and maybe I can take it for a pass or two just to see how the big girl does.

Last time I took it down the strip I had my mobile trauma response medical unit in the bed of my truck and my first responder strobe lights going. Made for a good laugh.
